Founded in 2016, Forest & Fell began as my way of sharing a lifelong love of the British countryside and bringing its warmth, colours and textures into the places we call home. With almost 20 years of experience in crafting high‑quality furniture and soft furnishings, I take pride in ensuring every piece is created with the knowledge, skill and passion that have shaped our work for the last decade.

Much of my inspiration comes from time spent adventuring around the Peak District which is just on our doorstep and the wider rural UK. Whether it’s the heather‑covered moorlands, the quiet forests or the wildlife that brings these landscapes to life, those moments outdoors influence the designs and materials we choose every day.

Each item is handmade to order in our Derbyshire workshop, using UK‑sourced suppliers wherever possible. I’ve always had a particular affinity for Harris Tweed from the Outer Hebrides—its character and craftsmanship perfectly capture the rural artisan spirit that guides everything we create.
