Delivery Information

All our products are hand made to order and ready to ship with our 24 hour delivery partner typically within 5-10 working days. We always aim to get your items to you as soon as possible and we’ll keep you up to date with an estimated delivery date. If you’d like a specific delivery date please let us know.

We use various 24 & 48 hour delivery partners to ensure your order is delivered to you on time and in perfect condition. We may change the delivery partner to best suit your order and location.

We now offer Free Delivery on all orders.

*Excludes Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Island. Please get in touch before purchase if you’d like to your items posting to the above as they may incur an extra delivery charge.

Returns

We offer a 14 day returns policy if you’re not 100% happy with your product. Just contact us within 7 days of receipt of delivery and return your item to us within 14 days after notifying us for a full refund. Return postage costs are to be paid for by the customer.

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or refunds on bespoke or special order items.
