Delivery Information

Every piece is handmade to order and typically prepared for dispatch within 7–10 working days (Monday–Friday).

Once complete, your order will be sent using a carefully selected tracked next-day or 1st class delivery service, chosen to best suit your item and location. We may use a range of trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely, securely, and in perfect condition.

You’ll receive regular updates throughout the process, including full tracking details once your order is on its way. If you require delivery for a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering and we will always do our best to accommodate.

Delivery Charges

We offer complimentary UK delivery on all orders over £150.

This excludes the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland, where additional charges may apply. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like a delivery quote for these areas.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, we offer a 14-day returns period, in line with UK consumer legislation.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, items should be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice to be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Please note that bespoke, made-to-measure, or custom-made items are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

To arrange a return, please contact us prior to sending any items back so we can assist you promptly.


Payment

We use Paypal and Stripe to process your payment, two of the worlds leading payment processors. None of your payment details are passed to us, that’s all taken care of securely by Paypal or Stripe.


Sizings

All our products are hand made by us and as such may occasionally vary very slightly from the stated finish sizes (+/- 1-2cm). We endeavour to ensure that all our products meet our high standards and should you need your item to be an exact size just let us know when ordering.


Guarantee

Each of our footstools come with a 2 year repair or replace Guarantee on all wooden frames. Whilst we use the highest quality foams, fillings and fabrics these aren’t covered under our own guarantee.


Fire Regulations

All our furniture and footstools comply with The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988 and will include a “schedule 3” interliner where required. Our footstools meet the requirements for domestic use only. If you intend to use any of our products in a business/public environment you may need to your furnishings to meet higher specifications such as CRIB5. We can create almost all of our products to meet these higher requirements, please contact us should this be the case.


Vouchers & Discount Codes

Voucher and discount codes are only valid for our standard website products and sizes and not for any bespoke, special order or different sized items unless otherwise stated. All vouchers and discount codes are valid at our discretion.

Displays

Whilst we have tried to display colours and patterns as well as possible, every screen display is slightly different. If you’d like to check your chosen fabrics colouring and texture you can order fabric samples here.


Care Guide

Professional cleaning is recommended every 12 months for your home furnishings. Keep furnishing fabrics dust free by regular, gentle vacuuming with the appropriate attachment. This may reduce the need for washing and dry-cleaning.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct cleaning method is used.

Careful and regular maintenance is required to prolong the life and appearance of soft furnishings.Spot cleaning should be avoided. Do not rub as this may remove some colour. We do not recommend the use of cleaning products that contain bleaching or brightening agents.

All fabrics crease, particularly linens and velvets. Linens have a natural tendency to crease which adds texture to the appearance, although these creases will fall out with general use over time.

*We always recommend dry-cleaning as the preferred cleaning method for all our products but loose covers may be washed at 30°C max on a short cycle on occasion. Do not tumble dry, line dry.
